Was called out to the property of 9232 East Stella By Communications to assist Tucson fire when I arrived looks like the fire started in the restroom with the exhaust fan, electrical line to fan was damaged in the restroom, electrical line will be isolated all the way to main panel as soon as possible per owner, will remove posting unfit to occuy when thats done. also has some ceiling damage to restroom, second restroom, ceiling damage master bedroom, also ceiling damage in hallway, smoke damage to the North End of the home. Breakers were turned off.southwest gas was working on meter, owner volunteered to leave to brother's house was posted unfit to occupy due to the electrical line damaged to fan, will only remove post when line is isolated or repaired with proper permits..Notice and pictures and paperwork will be in sire. |
