THERE WERE TWO BATHROOMS, APPEARS AT SOME TIME A SHOWER WAS ADDED TO ONE OF THE BATHROOMS. I MET WITH MR DAVIS WHO STATED THAT HE HAD BEEN WORKING WITH ARCHITECT ROBERT GAY TO OBTATIN A C/O, MR GAY WAS OBTAINING INFORMATION TO START DRAWING FOR PLANS FOR THE CHURCH AND ENDED UP WITHDRAWING THEIR APPLICATION. MR DAVIS ASKED OWNERS TO BREAK HIS LEASE DUE TO NOT HAVING SUCCESS WITH OBTAINING A C/O AND WILL BE OUT OF THE UNIT AUG 31. CONTACTED QUILLAM MANAGEMENT WHO STATED THEY WERE AWARE OF THE NO C/O AND DID ALLOW EARL DAVIS TO BREAK HIS LEASE AND HE IS EXPECTED TO BE OUT BY THE END OF MONTH. REVIEWED CASE WITH MARTIM ROMERO WHO STATED AS LONG AS THE UNIT IS BEING VACATED, WE HAVE NO JURISDICTION. OCCUPANT IS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING. MIKE AND MARTIN ASKED I FOLLOW UP AFTER THE 31ST TO VERIFY HE IS OUT OF THERE. |
