Was called out to the property at 2825 East Ricky Vista by Communications to assist Tucson fire, Breakers were turned off Southwest Gas is here to pin the meter. I found these damages due to electrical fire per fire indpector. Penetration holes in three bedrooms, restroom, kitchen, and living room had most of ceiling down, Rafters from living room to back bedroom totally burned with plywood from roof, also has two penetration holes on the roof, Electrical damage, smoke damage to most of the house, will be leaving the power off and shutting down, will be hand-delivering notice to owner and we be posting the property unfit to occupy due to bad electrical and too many damages to the home to occupy.
