Arrived and met with the manager and the maintenance. The maintenance showed the area of the work being done. A new meter has been installed for the irrigation system. The water line is currently being installed and has dug and installed the pipe in the parking lot area toward the rear of the property. Did let the maintenance know that the pipe needs to be lowered to the proper depth and lacking the tracer wire. They do have a contractor doing the work who is Catalina Landscape Maintenance. Not able to check Permits Plus to check if a permit has been issued. Will check tomorrow. RV. |
