Received a text from supervisor Rick Saldate to do the case due to lacking water. Arrived and met with the tenant and the water was on this morning and tried later on during the day and had no water. While checking why the water was not on, did find a maintenance man working on the main line for water and was in the process of trying to find a water leak on the water line. The maintenace was turning one unit off at a time to check which unit had the leak. At this time the water was off to the unit to check for the leak. The water was going to be turned back on while on site. The tenant did have other issues on the unit where a ceiling fell in the bedroom due to a water leak on the roof and appears to be from the cooler. The management did place a tarp on the roof but the water line in under the tarp. The maintenance did do some patching on the roof and hasn't leak since. Did call the owner and went over the issues on the unit and he will check on getting the ceiling repaired. The owner tried to tell me that the tenant was suppose to repair the ceiling and will call the tenant to check if the tenant is going to do the repairs. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
