Arrived and the vehicle hit another vehicle and pushed into the building after the impact. The damage was to the rear porch deck support for the upper unit. The framing for the beam to support the deck on the upper unit has been removed and currently being supported by wedged lumber. The window was broken by the lumber that broke. The tenants on the bottom floor unit #2 and the upper unit #6 were removed until the investigation was completed. The site went into crime scene and was not able to place a support until the investigation was completed. Did meet with the lead investigator and was going to leave the site and will be called when completed and able to work on supporting the beam. The beam will not fall at this time but can't be left like that to long. RV. | |

The vehicles were being removed from the property and the maintenance was on site. Did go over that a support needed to be placed under the beam to the upper deck. The window was going to be boarded up. The units were checked and will be allowed to let the tenants back in. The area was cleaned up. There was a hole made in the storage room area and no damage to the framing. The framing that covers the beam support was all damaged and was pushed out of place. |
