Arrived and there was a fire in the pedistal for the space and the outlet shorted out and melted. The outlet had been replaced and has done it again. Did meet with the manager and they are trying to get an electrician on site to make the repairs. The life line was damaged and not able to be used at this time. The tenant is staying at another location. While on site did find where the same issue happened on space #12. When talking to the manager the electrician will look at both. Will check in 10 days.
