Arrived on site, met with both TPD officers. Property was secured with fencing all the way around and locked, gained entry with neighbors ok to hop his 4ft fence. TPD verified owner is deceased however electricity paid for a year in advance, has not had water svs in over a year confirmed by our csr. Structure all secure except for door along west side of structure busted wood door. Breakers shut at electrical panel. Supv. Saldate on site made call to post and call bathcrest. Was posted and Bathcrest called will secure the property and call me after it is done today. Mad contact with owner of property west of this location , instructed them to call tpd if they see anyone living there. Will follow up on case in morning. |
