INSPECTION FOUND FRONT WINDOW OF THE STRUCTURE HAD A BOARD REMOVED FROM THE WINDOW, AND GATE EAST OF THE STRUCTURE HAD BEEN LEFT OPEN HOWEVER THERE WAS A LOCK ON THE GATE. THIS IS IN THE HISTORICAL DISTRICT. |
