08/30/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the tenant and some work has been done and not coming back. The smoke detector was installed to close to the edge of the wood beam, the sub-panel was labeled and the GFCI was labeled in the kitchen. The drain in the kitchen sink is not leaking at this time and the burner on the stove was repaired. Nothing on the front door , the security door still binding on the concrete floor. No treatment for the pest control. Will call office and may be going to citation. Will check in 20 days. RV.
