Met with the tenant and has issues with the unit. The front door is not sealed, loose and has added pieces of wood to fill in to try and seal the door, the door jamb is broken where the striker are located, no smoke detectors, electrical not labeled completly, GFCI in the kitchen testing with reversed wiring, the kitchen drain is leaking under the sink, the burner not connected properly and not working and has spiders and getting bites. Has issues with the AC and has 2 window units. The tenant is stating that it not cooling enough but is turning the units off when not at home. Did go over that the units have to cool the house off to bring the temperature to the setting using and it takes time for that if the units are turned off. Will do N.O.V. and call the management to address the issues. RV. |

Went to the property and not able to gain entry. Did call the property manager and they did some work on the property and was not aware of any issues on the property. The management just took over the property and this tenant was already had been living in the unit. Did try and call the tenant and not able to leave a message due to the box is filled. Will check tomorrow and will keep calling. RV. |
