02/01/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the Pastor Troy at the main campus. He called the electrician who explained he has been to PDSD and is in the process of finding cut sheets for the fixtures to show the lumens for the parking lot.

08/26/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Super Saldate conducted on site Inspection in order to review case. Inspection did find the canopy lights, appear not to have shiedling and are in off position at the time. Spoke with Dywan who is the Engineer for the Church to inform him of the need to kep the lights off until the assocaited permit is finaled. He stated he would communicate this information to Calvery.
