On site at apartments, spoke to manager and tenant. A bee smoke bomb was used on the bees last night. The tenant stated she had two bees in her apartment today. The water is turn off to the complex for repairs to the chiller system. Maintence is installing a ball valve to bypass the chiller system where the leak is located. Once th ball valve is installed they will turn on the water for the complex. This should be done by 5 pm. Once they bypass the chiller system they will replace the leaking pipe to the chiller system. |
