Follow up a phone call was made to tenant, states maint man came by yesterday and stated he checked cooler and it was operational as claimed high humity day but system is working. He also stated he would be getting her a knob for the cooler in hallway, but has not come back yet. Called and spoke to mananger David Williams this morning states just getting in but will check on her unit today and get back with me. |
