Made phone contact with tenants on Friday and set up an appt for Monday. Arrived on site met with tenant, this is not an A/C unit but rather an Evaporative Cooler system Temp is 85 with 51% humity today. Checked unit to fined no control knob for cooler, chekced every bedrroom to find cool air cominng from each vent in every room to include bedrooms. Met with maintman Julio and numbers exchanged had someone on roof as we spoke will have him pull side to cooler and completely check cooler with also get her a control knob for system, Julio will check in with me later today. |
