Met with the tenant and he gave the phone number to call the owner of the property. Did go over what needs to be addressed on the property. Did take pictures of a masonry wall with wrought iron, a chicken coop on the southeast side of the property, a metal carport awning approx. 16' x 20', a metal container approx. 8' x 16', semi-trailer and a box truck that has been parked or stored on the property, 2-metal refrigerators and has other construction material on the property. Will do N.O.V. and will call the owner to let her know of the violation. RV. |
