Inspection found what looks to be a water leak in the bathroom the sheetrock looks to be damage and the leak could be coming from the A/C unit which is over the shower/bathtub. Spoke to occupent and he stated the manager called and him and they have a plumber coming out in the morning. Will check back with him then. |
