10/06/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved As per the meeting with Clayton the Building Official this morning the meter pedestal's that would be permitted separately may have some existing life safety hazards present with the connections. He has suggested a pre inspection of the property to determine if and what may be necessary to prevent any delays with the reconnections and crossovers. Also last known inspection was done 09/09/2016. I believe permit T16CM05409 is still active.

08/25/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site due to Rick Hollander called that work has been done on the secondary line. Arrived and met with the manager and the work has been done and covered up. The manager did have pictures of the damaged area and some of the piping that was removed. Those pictures were sent to Rick Hollander. While meeting with the manager, found out that this is for a different area that already has been dealing with on the generators. The area that was worked is not on a generator or the areas that have been dealing with before. Will get with Rick Hollander due to the mobile home park needs to be looked at due to the issues is spreading through out the mobile home park. RV.
08/08/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited the park due change in conditions. Park is now on three power paks and a pad transformer (480v to 4160V). Security fencing is being installed at this time to lock out the area.
07/15/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Hand delivered NOV.
07/12/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the property managers, maintance, an engineer from Stantec, inspector RV and myself. We went through the park trying to determine the layout and conditions of the power distribution system. Maintance had some old one line site plans of the loops. We found some plans dated from 2003, but determined none of the work had been done. Service electricians were the ones installing the generators to reduce loads on the system due to fuses being blown from over current/amperage. They were notified that permits will need to be obtained for the generators and new transformers. More work may be necessary and permits will also be needed. There is still investigating the power distribution system.
