Arrived and met with the manager and the work has been done and covered up. The manager did have pictures of the damaged area and some of the piping that was removed. Those pictures were sent to Rick Hollander. While meeting with the manager, found out that this is for a different area that already has been dealing with on the generators. The area that was worked is not on a generator or the areas that have been dealing with before. Will get with Rick Hollander due to the mobile home park needs to be looked at due to the issues is spreading through out the mobile home park. RV. | |

07/12/2016 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Met with the property managers, maintance, an engineer from Stantec, inspector RV and myself. We went through the park trying to determine the layout and conditions of the power distribution system. Maintance had some old one line site plans of the loops. We found some plans dated from 2003, but determined none of the work had been done. Service electricians were the ones installing the generators to reduce loads on the system due to fuses being blown from over current/amperage. They were notified that permits will need to be obtained for the generators and new transformers. More work may be necessary and permits will also be needed. There is still investigating the power distribution system. |
