Complaint : graffiti seen on Northern perimeter wall of property visible to public on 1st Avenue... Arrived on site check front of location business was closed area was clear,check south-facing wall and east-facing wall, rear all clean and clear get around to the north side of the building and again still found no graffiti. Will move to close out this case as no violation of graffiti at this time |
