Arrived on site to find, no one home looks to be vacant. Gutters in fornt were secured and holes in front yard and holes in back walls were abated, along with stoage in front of electrical panel and window a/c removed. Called and spoke to manager, states he is out of town however all was abated in the interior aswell. Will move to close out this case |

Arrived on site, property looked to be vacant. Called manager of the property states he had to have the tenant removed. Is working on violations however has not completed, states he needs about 15 more days to complete. Property is vacant, no one lives there, will allow 15 day follow up |
