Did meet with the management and all the work has been done on the cooling system. The handler was changed with an existing handler that on site. The condensor on the roof stayed and was only serviced. The work that was done was for property maintenance and no permit is being requried at this time. The unit in the window has been removed. At this time the case will be closed. The cover for the handler is missing and has been ordered and will be installed on Friday. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
