Did an inspection on approx. 7-8-16 on the property and the porch was secured and the concrete floor has cracks on the floor and are due to the age of the concrete. Did not have any signs of termites and did check some of the wood and was solid. Did observe some crack in the fondation and due to the age of the structure, they appear to be settlement cracks and none were wide opened. The tenant did bring some work that was done on the bathroom where sewer line has been re-done and all the work has been covered up. The house was cleaned and not able to check on what was done on the repairs and the replacements of the plumbing. The house was aged and the settlements appear to be normal and at this time the house has new tenants and have no complaints. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
