Met with maintenance and tenant on site, found base board near front door and near kitchen entrance damp, mainenance remove and set fans to help the drying propecess, management has multiple contractors on site addressing the floading issues, A/C operating properly( chiller system) , verified plenty of hot water at shower and bath lav faucet. No NOV issued due to management addressing all issues.CLOSE CASE |
