Unit one did not show any evidence of flood damage, we have no jurisdiction. Unit 2 had two to three inches of water, flooring consisted of tile in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Water had receded at the time of inspection. Outlets were not affected by the water due to the height of the outlets. No immediate hazards were found at this time. Unit 3 was in the same conditions. Owner was on site and maintenance was in route to finish extracting the remaining water. No nov was issued at this time due to the owner addressing the remaining water extraction in space while inspectors were on site. ACTION: Will call over on Tuesday or Wednesday to verify that the remaining water is extracted and conditions of the property. If completed, case will be closed compliant. |
