VISITED SITE, WALKED THE SIDEWALK AREA BOTH ALONG 1ST AV AND 4TH ST, CHEDKED THE AREAS BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND THE STREET AND IN THE STREET, FOUND NO ANIMAL WASTE ANYWHERE, HOWEVER WE HAVE RECEIVED TWO HEAVY RAINS SINCE THE COMPLAINT WAS CALLED IN. NO VIOLATION/ CLOSE CASE. |
