Arrived on site to find cooler was blowing out cold air out of registers to living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Was 40% humidity today which factors into evaporative cooler operations, tenants had a portable A/C unit they bought and was running in living room, would not address cooling at this time. Did have hole under sink by clean out and weather stripping protection is needed at front door. In kitchen and dinning room area chalk is need, address this with maint man on site and would start work orders, will f/u with NOV |
