Complaint trash and debris on property. Arrived on site to find property fairly clean only two piles of brush 1 by the parking lot pile of Mesquite branches and second pile of branches at the northwest corner of the property. Met with a tenant States they had brush and bulky pickup however these two files were too large for them to remove. tenant state's new owners no longer the zimmermans she will text the new owner and I will research before I send out the notice of violation |
