States they did have a storm come through and debris from the trees blue in the pool area however that was cleaned up very quickly. As for the green pool that has never been the case it is a green Pebble Tec base in the pool which gives it that grey green color. Check out pool area found it to be very clean and in order comma only one gate to the swimming pool area I found it locked and secured did have a self latching mechanism. Will move to close out case |
