VISITED SITE, DID FIND THE METAL STRUCTURE IN QUESTION. THE METAL FRAME STRUCTURE WAS NOT DAMAGED OR DETERIORATING, IT WAS NOT OFFENSIVE TO THE EYE AND IT DID MEET SETBACKS. ROOFING MATERIAL HAD BEEN COMPLETELY TAKEN OFF SO THERE WAS NO TARP TATERED AND TORN THAT MAY SWAY JUNDGEMENT. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |
