Met with the owner and the worker to check the interior and the work that was done. All the doors have been replaced, the drywall has been patched and re-textureed, outlets and switches with light ficture have been replaced with new, painted and new flooring. The showers have had the valves removed and replaced with divertors. The surrounds have new tile with the flooring also has been replaced with new. Did go over that the divertors may require a permit due to being changed from the regular valves. The permit will be required for the replacement of the porch in the rear of the house attached and to ask on the plywood for the overhang if it needs a permit with being changed like for like. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
