No one home and work is being done on the property. The property is vacant and secured and was able to walk around the property to check on what is being done. All the facsia has been replaced, all the overhang plywood has been changed to new, the rear porch has been removed and replaced with new approx. 12' x 40', found pex on the rear porch with an electrical box on the ground. Some wood siding has been replaced on the south side approx. 8' x 12' in 2-different areas. The interior has been remodeled and not able to enter the interior of the house. Did call the owner and left a message. |
