The items are not code compliant at this time.
02/09/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner. Facia boards have not been replaced. No electric permit. Cooler is not in a working condition. Plumbing is working. I explained that this case is over 7 months old. He stated that the unit was empty for 4 months. Repairs could have been done in that time frame. 10 day for facia boards replaced, cooler working and electrical permiot, then citation.
