Visited site and met with the tenants. Took pictures. Found A/C unit in the windows of all bedroom preventing egress from the room in emergencys. The A/C's are connected to the exisiting bedroom circuits. The cooler is not operational. The ducts have cardbord taped over. Found missing smoke alarms. The doors are not sealed from the weather. The tenant stated that the plumbing is very slow to drain and backs up. There was excesseive water and termite damage to the facia of the unit. Tubers were hanging from the ceiling. There is exposed wiring at the ceiling fan in the living room. The rear gate was falling off and not connected to the hinges. |
