06/21/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved 10:00 AM Contractor found 3 condersor units on north building non operational this morning. 1st had too much freon, was balanced and now operational, 2nd unit has control issues and 3rd frozen. Letting 3rd one defrost and went to get parts for 2nd unit controls, should have all up and running today. Contractor will return in 1.5 hrs.
06/21/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved 12:40 back on site met with A/C contractor all 2 condensor units up and running on north building 3rd one is just a back up unit and requires work on control panel which he will do. Spoke to unit 216 and 214 and they have noticed the difference already. Temps were taken and now a 21degree split which is better than industry standard for this type of unit. Maintence will follow up with new filters to each of the units in a schedule work out thru management. 2nd building also up and running on 2 condensors which only one was operational this morning. 3rd condensor also as a back up the same as the north building, will also be working on the controls on that unit aswell. At this time both buildings are up and operating as designed.
