| 06/21/2016 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | 12:40 back on site met with A/C contractor all 2 condensor units up and running on north building 3rd one is just a back up unit and requires work on control panel which he will do. Spoke to unit 216 and 214 and they have noticed the difference already. Temps were taken and now a 21degree split which is better than industry standard for this type of unit. Maintence will follow up with new filters to each of the units in a schedule work out thru management. 2nd building also up and running on 2 condensors which only one was operational this morning. 3rd condensor also as a back up the same as the north building, will also be working on the controls on that unit aswell. At this time both buildings are up and operating as designed. |
