Arrived on site met with tenant #216 lack of cooling ,return air filter extremely dirty causing lack of air flow. Check #214 and found same situation lack of air flow also missing air filter. Met with management has contractor scheduled for this afternoon or first thing in morning to evaluate system and make any necessary repair on the system. Manager provide a temporary portable a/c unit to #216. Nov was given sign by the manager (Stefanie). Will follow up on case in the morning
