Small pool in rear has pool fencing, but is missing panel; yard itself has rear gate open, not self latching and a portion on east PL has fallen down, not structurally sound. Owner/tenant was not home, so rear fence and side panel were secured. NOV posted to properly repair both pool fence and dilapidated portion of rear yard fence. Owner/tenant contacted at work and advised verbally. |
