Inspected property and found no evidence that house is occupied , no water or electric service, spoke with owner of adjacent property to the west (sister) , she claims brothers involvement with house is for rehab and clean up purpose only, and is living with a friend in the neighborhood. Discussed case with Inspector supervisor RSaldate and concluded code has no jurisdiction at this time - CLOSE CASE. |
