06/09/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved PRIOR TO VISITING THE SITE, I CONTACTED AND SPOKE WITH MANAGER TYLER TRAN WHO STATED HE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE TENNANT AND STATED THE COOLER IS WORKING.
UPON MY ARRIVAL I MET WITH WAYNE TRAN AND TENNANT DEBRA. TENNANT DID NOT HAVE THE COOLER ON BUT MAINTANENECE HAD PROVIDED HER WITH ONE FAN, AND ONE INTERIOR COOLER ON WHEELS. I ASKED DEBRA STEVENS TO TURN THE COOLER ON GOT UP ON THE ROOF AND DID FIND THE COOLER RUNNING, THE PUMP WORKING, SPIDER PIPES WERE CLEAR AND PROVIDING WATER TO THE COOLER PADS THAT WHERE GETTING WET AND FLOAT WAS SET APPROPRIATELY FOR THE WATER IN THE BOTTOM OF THE COOLER.
BACK INSIDE THE APT, AIR WAS BEING PUSHED INTO THE BEDROOM WHERE SMALL AMOUNT OF AIR RECEIVED IN THE LIVINGROOM AREA. TENNANT STATED THE DUCTS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED OUT AGAIN BUT OWNER PROVIDED A RECEIPT THAT STATED DUCTS HAD JUST BEEN CLEANED THE END OF APRIL 2016. I SKED TYLER TO PLEASE CHECK THE DUCT WORK AGAIN FOR ANY BLOCKAGES.
WILL CONDUCT A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION ON 6/10/16 FOR BLOCKAGES IN THE DUCT WORK .
NOV WAS NOT ISSUED DUE TO WORK 95% COMPLETED.
