The building is being rented out and the tenant is currently trying to purchase the property. Some work has been done to the existing building. Some new lighting has been installed to light up the exterior where batting pratice and helping or assisting with batting. The owner listed is still the owner of the property and the tenant hopes to have in his name soon. Did advise that he talk to some who does plans and show the layout it currently has now. Some walls have been added in the rear area of the building. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
