Replacement wood fencing was done along the rear of the property. Storage issues were also addressed by elderly property owner at the rear of the property however a highly likelihood of gathering more storage at the rear is possible. At this point will move to close out this case
02/15/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Follow up - front yard with no violations. Back yard still with storage which spans the entire rear yard. Behind 6ft wood fence so rear yard is properly screened. Contacted the owner and states he has removed a small amount of items and will continue to remove more. Will follow up on this case
11/07/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to 925 e Windsor, home of owner at 1025 was not home however did reach him by phone, was unable to speak to me because his son Eric Bender had passed away over weekend and they were making arrangements. Will follow up with owner in 15 days
09/26/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site for follow up to find front yard clear and clean of all violations. Rear alley clean and clear non issue. Back yard still with storage over 25% along with trash and debris in this storage.
08/17/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site to find front yard was cleared of storage issues and vegetation overgrowing into curb area was also abated. Checked rear alley was cleared of debris in alley. Back yard still has over 25% of storage, has not been abated, will make contact with property owner again is elderly with heath issues.
07/11/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site and met with elderly owner of the property, states cut all weeds and grass and brush at curb in front, side and rear yards to include alley. Still working on storage issue which is alot and owner admits it got out of control on him but working to have items removed. Will continue to follow case and allow time as long as city sees progress
