Knoced on door but no answer located a total of 5 sections in side and rear yards with fence post in the ground and plastic tarps approx 3ft X 10ft tied to them, Not supporting any weight and appear to be some sort of temporary sections. Will get with supervision see if there is anything to enforce? No outside hazards found, will move to close out this case.
