Visited site, inspected, knocked on door, talked to tenant thru door and he stated thru door that he did not want to talk or or let me in to do inspection, I inspected meter loop an power is on to that apartment,contacted supervisor and explained the situation, he then tolk me to close case due to he has electric, this case will be closed as noverify per supervisor |
