Visited site, met TFD on site, inspected, found as follows, there was a fire that started in the bedroom, all damage was smoke damage, explained to home owner that he would have to clean unit up and repaint in the interior, also upon inspected, found multiple electrical hazards thru out the unit,several outlets were missing covers, bare wires protruding thru box,venting in kitchen was missing cover and electrical hazard,bathroom outlet was missing coer and wires proptruding, wrote notice of violation and explained to owner about the issues, condemned unit for the smoke and electrical hazards, gave thirty days to abate. |
