06/22/2016 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Inspection of the exterior and interior of the structure show that this is a single residential unit with 4 bedrooms, one electrical panel, one water heater, one kitchen, etc. There are less than 5 bedrooms, and is not a group home. The original home had an approved addition built to the rear in 2012; a second A/C unit was a part of the permit to comply with ventilation and other codes that would have been required. Access to rear yard through rear yard of property to west appears intentionally allowed; west property was fenced in rear yard, allowing for the access; civil matter issue between owners. No other work without permit identified. Property listed as "Res Other" with Pima County which per PC allows for circumstances where the owner or a family member live at location and it is also rented. Owner's son occupies the property with other tenants and was previously indicated on complaint addressed in November 2015. |
