Self fabricated metal partions present that extend floor to ceiling to create office space and affecting egrees through previously vacant area; some electrical circuits were extended with conduit and new j boxes to create additional fixtures on ceiling; new conductors seen pulled through east wall ( in decorative wood paneling), etc. Review of last approved site plan and previous permits show that this work is not currently permitted. Owner, who is also contractor, advised to stop work and obtain permits. Research also showed area previously used (CofO issued) for office use. Property is in the Downtown area infill incentive district (IID) and RNA but does not appear to alter the exterior of the structure. NOV to be issued; photos in Sire. |
