Found 3 small transient encampments near this address and tracks, but on ROW and not private property. These also appear to be overflow from property just west of tracks where there is a large scale encampment, reference case # T15DV07169. Clarification from TDOT and Real Estate forthcoming on responsible portions of ROW. |
