02/27/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Property remains secure and free of refuse and visible storage.
01/25/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved On site with EGSD cleanup crew, TPD Officer Hould, Inspector Morales, ES Supervisor; postings removed, reposted; cleanup in progress. Owner will be cited for removing posting; photos.
01/24/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Obtained court order for cleanup; posted order at location (photo) and delivered copy to owner at 832 E 7th St. Owner met us (EGSD employees: myself, Martin Romero, Rick Saldate, and Felix Morales) at her home; she refused initially to take copy which was then left in chain link fence (photo); the order was also explained verbally; MR & RS saw her take the copy from the fence approximately 5 minutes later. She will also receive a copy by mail via the court. Note: the cleanup is scheduled for tomorrow 1/25/17 at 6:30 a.m.
01/23/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved On site inspection per judge's order and previously scheduled in court with owner. Owner sent assistant to meet myself, Inspector Morales, and Supervisor Romero. Unit is vacant; tenants evicted by owner; no utilities. A large accumulation of refuse and garbage remains on property in all yards, including front, which has now become a public/attractive nuisance; jmv brown pontiac now in front yard filled with garbage, has flat tires; a temporary wood fence had been previously installed in front and previously noted. During this time, a newer type bicycle that was present near the front was gone, suggesting someone had been in the unit; assistant indicated trespassing was a problem. After assitant left, we observed an adult female open and enter unit by front door, which was previously shut, from nearby ROW area. The individual left area before TPD could be called and unit was left unsecure. We entered to ensure unit did not have additional trespassing occupants; it was vacant so the front door was shut and screen locked. Owner signed a notice of Indemification to immediately secure and to continue to secure the property, which was posted with a "do not enter" placard; photos.
01/17/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No compliance; an accumulation of refuse remains on property and appears worse; refuse has now been brought forward and is present in side and front yards; black jmv truck appears removed, but jmv passenger vehicle is now in front yard; a 5'0 wood panel fence has been poorly installed on front property line and partially on front north PL, possibly in an attempt to screen material, but the installation is poor and not structurally sound and lacks approved site plan review.
12/05/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No compliance; rear yard remains filled with accumulated refuse, including portion of rear ROW; side yards have storage, JMV. Photo.
10/27/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No compliance; posted published citation; photo.
10/13/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Little to no compliance; case remains in court process; owner has avoided service.
06/10/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Little to no compliance; large accumulation of refuse remains in rear yard, with some debris in side yards; some storage has been removed from front porch; brown/red 4 door pontiac (orig. identified as cadillac) and black truck remain stored in south side yard unscreened from front; there is also storage in this side yard and north side yard unscreened; rear yard unscreened.
