Several tenants on property; would not allow access to rear yard; front yard, porch, and side yards have visible storage including scattered refuse and debris; JMV white sedan front yard; south side yard has 3 JMVs: pickup: white outback sport, red 4-door cadillac, and pickup (cad and pickup can also be seen in 2014 aerial); these are all unscreened. Access was allowed from neighboring property to see rear yard which showed a large accumulation of refuse, garbage, and scattered debris; this material is not storage; fencing along north and rear property lines are unscreened; rear 15' of lot belongs to COT, so is considered illegal dumping; unclear why there is lack of fencing on rear PL and is setback onto City property 15' to west. |
