Front door and screen were both able to be shut and locked. Evaporative cooler would not turn on at switch, but unable to determine reason (it may not have been taken out of winterization for season); tenants have portable A/C unit; no operable smoke detector. The propety at large has a JMV in the NE section as well as an accumulation of refuse around garbage container in this same area.
