Met with tenant they explained that the duct work was rusted out and dilapidated. They will emailed me pictures of the duct work. There is little to no pressure comming from the registars. The front door jamb was broken. Found weeds and dead grass vegetation in excess of 6" in height in the front yard and alley easement. |
